Returns, exchanges, cancellations, etc.

●We cannot accept changes to the product contents after an order has been confirmed.
●We cannot accept cancellations or exchanges for reasons such as "the size doesn't fit," "it's different from what I expected," or "the pattern is different" after the product arrives.

In the unlikely event that a product different from the one you ordered or a defective product is delivered, we will exchange it only if it is an unused item. (※ After contacting us, please send it back within 7 days of arrival with postage paid by the customer.)
